The GTA 6 pre-order countdown
There are two clocks running, and only one of them is the release. Pre-orders opened on June 25, 2026 after Rockstar announced them a week earlier, and the Standard Edition carries a pre-order bonus, the Vintage Vice City Pack, for orders placed before November 20. That deadline is the second clock, and it is the only one where waiting costs you something concrete.
A pre-order buys three things: the price locked in, the download queued in advance, and on the PlayStation Store a month of GTA+ attached to the order. A countdown is only as honest as the date under it, so here is the state of that date. November 19, 2026 is the third one GTA 6 has had. Trailer 1 arrived on December 4, 2023 with a plain 2025 on the end of it. That became May 26, 2026, and then the current November date.
