GTA 6 System Requirements and File Size: PC and Consoles
There are no official GTA 6 system requirements for PC, because Rockstar has not announced a PC version. On console you need a PlayStation 5 or an Xbox Series X|S and nothing else. The PC tiers below are our expected minimum, recommended and ultra specs, based on console hardware and Rockstar's porting history…
On console there is nothing to configure: every PS5 and Xbox Series X|S runs the game out of the box, and all you need is free storage. Rockstar has never stated the GTA 6 file size, and the ~150 GB number everyone quotes is a community estimate, so treat 200 GB free as the safe figure. On PC, plan for an SSD, 16 GB of RAM at the minimum tier and 32 GB at the recommended one, plus DLSS or FSR support at or near a PC launch.
