The new Grand Theft Auto VI carries two price points at launch. The Standard edition sells for $79.99, while the Ultimate edition costs $99.99. These are the only two versions Rockstar has confirmed; there is no Deluxe, Special, or Collector’s edition currently offered.
Both editions are digital-only, meaning no physical disc will be available. Preorders opened on June 25, 2026, following an announcement on the Newswire on June 18. If you order the Standard edition before November 20, you receive the Vintage Vice City Pack as a bonus. Ordering through the PlayStation Store also includes one month of GTA+ with your preorder.
The price difference between editions reflects extra content, but Rockstar has not detailed exactly what the Ultimate edition includes beyond the base game. The game releases simultaneously worldwide on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 (including PS5 Pro) and Xbox Series X|S. A PC version has not been announced, so no PC pricing exists.
