Preorders for Grand Theft Auto VI opened on June 25, 2026, following the official announcement in Rockstar’s Newswire on June 18, 2026. Rockstar never published a specific hour for when preorders would go live, but based on prior GTA launches and typical PlayStation Store and Xbox Store refreshes, they likely activated around 10:00 AM ET. If you preordered on PlayStation 5, you also received a month of GTA+ as a bonus.
The Standard Edition costs $79.99 and includes the Vintage Vice City Pack if you ordered before November 20, 2026. The Ultimate Edition costs $99.99. There is no physical disc, so all purchases are digital only.
