Rockstar has set the global launch for GTA 6 on November 19, 2026. The game arrives simultaneously on PlayStation 5, including PS5 Pro, and Xbox Series X|S, with no physical disc-purchase is digital only.
This date follows two delays: originally promised for 2025, it moved to May 26, 2026, then settled on the November slot. Rockstar has not used the word “final” for this date, so treat it as current but not absolute.
Preorders opened June 25, 2026, after the official announcement on June 18. The Standard edition costs $79.99, and the Ultimate edition costs $99.99. No Deluxe, Special, or Collector’s editions exist. Preordering the Standard before November 20 includes the Vintage Vice City Pack, and PS Store preorders add a month of GTA+.
As for PC, there is no announced version or release window. Any mention of a 2027 PC port is speculation. The only confirmed platforms are the two current-gen consoles.
