Rockstar has not announced a third trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, and no release date or window exists. The last official video, “Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look,” dropped on August 27, 2026, but that is a 26:49 gameplay showcase, not a trailer. The studio has said nothing about what comes next.
What we actually have
The only two trailers remain Trailer 1 (December 4, 2023, 1:31) and Trailer 2 (May 6, 2025, 2:47). Rockstar’s pattern has been to pair trailers with release date announcements, and the November 19, 2026 launch date was already confirmed back on May 6, 2025, alongside Trailer 2.
Expect any future trailer, if one exists at all, to arrive close to launch, likely in October or early November 2026. That would match how Rockstar handled GTA V, which got its final pre-release trailer about three weeks before the September 2013 console launch. But that is speculation. Until Rockstar posts something on its Newswire, treat every “trailer 3 coming soon” claim as a rumour.
