Your only purchasing channels for GTA 6 on launch day are the PlayStation Store (for PS5 and PS5 Pro) and the Microsoft Store (for Xbox Series X|S). There will be no physical disc, so retailers like GameStop or Amazon cannot sell you a copy. The game is digital-only.
Editions and pricing
Two digital editions are on offer: Standard at $79.99 and Ultimate at $99.99. Rockstar has not created any Deluxe, Special, or Collector’s tier, so don’t expect those labels anywhere. Preorders opened on June 25, 2026, and the Standard edition includes the Vintage Vice City Pack if you order before November 20, 2026, so check our pre-order guide for the full details. PS Store preorders additionally bundle one month of GTA+.
- Standard: $79.99, includes Vintage Vice City Pack (if preordered before Nov 20).
- Ultimate: $99.99, includes additional in-game content (details on the store pages).
- PS5 preorders get one month of GTA+ at no extra cost.
Keep in mind that no PC version has been announced, so you cannot buy it for PC from any store. Also, there is no separate online mode at launch; you purchase the single-player game only.
