You secure your copy of GTA 6 by preordering through the PlayStation Store or Xbox Store, since there is no physical disc release. Both digital storefronts opened preorders on June 25, 2026, following the official announcement on June 18, 2026.
Available editions
- Standard - $79.99, includes the Vintage Vice City Pack if you order before November 20, 2026.
- Ultimate - $99.99, which bundles extra content beyond the standard perks.
No other editions exist. Only these two tiers are offered, so ignore any talk of Deluxe or Collector’s packs. If you preorder on PlayStation 5, you also receive a free month of GTA+ through the PS Store.
Your payment is processed at checkout, and the game unlocks automatically on launch day, November 19, 2026. Keep in mind that PC is not part of this pre-order guide, as no version for that platform has been announced.
