Rockstar confirmed on June 18, 2026, that GTA 6 launches with exactly two digital editions: Standard at $79.99 and Ultimate at $99.99. There is no Deluxe, Special, or Collector’s edition anywhere on official store pages or in the Newswire announcement. All preorders opened June 25, 2026, and both editions are download-only, with no physical disc.
The Ultimate edition bundles extra in-game content, while the Standard edition includes the Vintage Vice City Pack as a preorder bonus if you order before November 20, 2026. PlayStation Store preorders additionally grant a free month of GTA+ membership, but that perk applies to both editions, not a separate tier, and you can check the price page for full details on what each edition costs.
Why no collector’s edition?
Rockstar has not explained the absence, but the shift to digital-only suggests a simpler retail strategy. For physical collectibles, you would need to look at third-party merchandise, not official game bundles. Anything claiming a collector’s edition is fake or an unconfirmed rumour.
