No PC release exists for Grand Theft Auto VI as of today, September 1, 2026. Rockstar and Take-Two have confirmed only PlayStation 5 (including PS5 Pro) and Xbox Series X|S as launch platforms, with the worldwide release set for November 19, 2026. No PC version, release window, or system requirements have been announced, so any mention of a 2027 date or minimum specs is pure speculation.
What about past GTA games?
Historical patterns do not prove anything for this title. Grand Theft Auto V went to PC roughly 19 months after its console debut, but Rockstar has made no similar commitment for GTA 6. The official store pages list only console editions, and the company has not used the word “final” regarding the November date. Physical discs are absent too, as this is a digital-only launch.
If a PC version eventually appears, it will be announced separately through Rockstar’s Newswire or official social channels. Until that happens, treat any online rumor about a PC port as unconfirmed. The only certain path is to play on current-generation consoles, or wait for an official statement that may never come.
