You will play Grand Theft Auto VI on PlayStation 5 (including PS5 Pro) and Xbox Series X|S when it releases worldwide on November 19, 2026. Those are the only confirmed platforms at launch, and the game is digital-only, so no physical disc will be available for either console.
As of September 1, 2026, Rockstar and Take-Two have not announced a PC version, nor have they given any release window for one. Any talk of a 2027 PC launch is speculation, not official information. The game ships as a single-player experience, and no separate online mode for GTA 6 has been confirmed, so what you buy is what you play on those two console families.
Preorders opened on June 25, 2026. Two editions exist: Standard at $79.99 and Ultimate at $99.99. If you preorder Standard before November 20, you get the Vintage Vice City Pack, and PlayStation Store preorders also include a month of GTA+.
