What you can expect is the usual GTA suite of contextual animations, including emotes and dance moves, which have been part of the series since GTA Online. If a character can dance, it’s through a menu or a quick action, not a single button. Fans have mocked up fake “twerk” prompts on social media, but those are edits, not game footage.
If you’re after goofy physical humor, the game will deliver that through its mission design and NPC reactions. But a dedicated button for that specific move is not in the confirmed feature list, and Rockstar hasn’t hinted at expanding the control scheme beyond what we’ve seen.
