Rockstar has not officially confirmed whether GTA 6 will feature nudity. No gameplay footage, screenshots or store listings have shown explicit content, and the ESRB rating has not been published yet. Everything on this front is speculation until the rating board files appear, which usually happens a few weeks before launch.
Series precedent
Every mainline GTA since Grand Theft Auto III has included some form of nudity, usually topless characters in strip clubs or adult scenes. GTA V had topless dancers and a brief sex scene, all within its M rating. It would be surprising if Rockstar dropped that entirely, but GTA 6 is a new setting, Leonida, and the studio has talked about a more grounded tone.
Expect partial nudity at most, likely in nightclubs or adult venues, consistent with the M rating. Full frontal nudity has never appeared in a GTA game, and there is no evidence GTA 6 changes that. The game launches November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and the ESRB or PEGI rating summary will clarify this closer to release.
